The summer brings lots of travel in our family. In the first few years of our marriage, my husband traveled for the majority of his job, and in the summer I would join him. Now that we have Jet, our summer travel looks a lot different. Before, we could be spontaneous and decide last minute to take a trip or for me to tag along on one of Joe’s work trips, but now we have to be very decisive and plan well in advance to manage all the new logistics Jet brings. But for now, I’m gushing over these travel guides by Herb Lester. They are so beautifully designed with amazing detail. They would make such a special wedding present if you know where the couple is honeymooning, and a sweet keepsake framed in their first home together. These guides have definitely given me the itch to travel again and dream up my next trip.

Jake has a business trip in Florida this week so Porter and I just decided last minute to tag along. I have literally been having dreams about the beach since early on in my pregnancy and I’m absolutely dying to lay in the warm sand with a massive lemonade in my hand.
