Plywood People approached us a while back asking if we’d do an interview with them about what Cultured is and why we’re creating it.  We were stoked because we believe so much in the work they are doing.  Plywood is such a quality non-profit here in ATL.  They’ve got their hands in several different amazing projects and have a passion for connecting like-minded artists and entrepreneurs.  Billboard Bags is one initiative they do that I absolutely love.  The bags are handmade by local, legal refugees who were forced to flee their country due to some sort of conflict.  When a bag is purchased it is helping to provide english classes for the refugees and working to restore dignity in providing quality work for them.  LOVE it.  (Can’t you see why we were so honored to be featured by them!?) Here’s the full interview in case you missed it!
